Brow Shaping

Brow Threading:

You are welcome to wear makeup to your appointment, but please note that I may need to remove it to get a clear view of your brow hair for precise shaping. After the threading, you can bring your brow makeup to reapply if desired. The redness caused by threading typically lasts between 20 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your skin's sensitivity.

Brow Tinting:

To achieve the best results, allow your brows to grow fully as the small hair around your brows can influence their thickness after tinting. We will match the brow color to your natural hair. The color may stain the skin underneath your brows, but it will fade after showering or proper face washing. For a longer-lasting tinting experience, avoid exfoliating the brow area for 24 hours after the service. If you already have dark hair, the service may be declined. For an alternative to filling your brows, please consider booking a brow henna service instead.

Brow Henna:

If this is your first time receiving henna, please schedule a consultation at least 48 hours before your desired henna appointment. A patch test is required 48 hours before your brow appointment. The test involves placing a pea-sized amount of henna behind your elbow, so wear short sleeves if possible or loose sleeves. Exfoliate your skin prior to the appointment for better results. Avoid showering, steaming, or applying makeup around your brows for 12 hours after the henna treatment. For a longer-lasting effect, refrain from using chemical peels or exfoliants around your brows for 2 weeks following the service.

Brow Lamination:

Allow your brows to grow fully and avoid trimming them for a minimum of 2 weeks, preferably 4 weeks, before receiving lamination. Refrain from exfoliating the brow area for 48 hours before the lamination procedure. Aftercare involves avoiding direct sun exposure, water, steam rooms, swimming, etc., for 24 hours. Brow lamination can be repeated every 6-8 weeks.

Lashes:

Lash Tint:

Please avoid wearing eye makeup before your appointment. After the treatment, refrain from using harsh chemicals around the eyes for the next 24 hours.

Lash Lift and Tint:

Avoid wearing eye makeup to your appointment, and for the next 24 hours, do not get your lashes wet, sleep on your face, or rub your lashes. Remember to reapply the provided keratin (complementary) to nourish your lashes. During the first 48 hours after the lash lift, be cautious not to change the shape, use a curler, or rub your eyes while sleeping.

Extensions:

The day before your appointment, avoid wearing falsies or waterproof mascara. Thoroughly wash your eyes and lashes, as waterproof mascara and falsie glue residue can hinder the proper wrapping of fans around your lashes, leading to faster fall out. The duration of the extension procedure depends on the desired look and density of your lashes. For a fullest look, it may take around 2.5 to 3 hours, while 2 weeks and 3 weeks fills may take 1 hour and 15 minutes and 1 hour and 45 minutes, respectively.

Aftercare includes the following:

  • No workout, sweat, or water exposure for the first 24 hours.

  • Avoid wearing oily makeup or shimmery eyeshadow around the glue area, as it may give the appearance of being dirty.

  • Avoid products containing sulfate or alcohol.

  • Refrain from using steam rooms, saunas, and swimming pools.

  • If you are an athlete, make sure to wash your lashes after each sweat session, as human sweat contains salt that can break down the glue.

  • You are required to wash your lashes daily.

  • Remember, my technique and placement are 50% of the job, while your aftercare is the other 50%. Taking care of your lashes is essential, as they are an investment that requires proper maintenance.
